Many things can make life easier – like our optional accessories for all of our powder systems. For example, the separately available hose coupling, in conjunction with the tool-free removal of the nozzle bar, can provide easier access for cleaning and maintenance of the nozzle bar.
An extraction hood integrated into the roller conveyor with a connected filter system keeps the area around the powder application as free as possible from powder contamination. In combination with an enclosure, as is very often used in the automotive sector, this is the optimum solution for a clean production environment.
A wide variety of sensors and light barriers can be used to detect the glass or its contour, depending on the application.
Either the start and stop of the spraying process can be controlled, as well as the function of the individual nozzles depending on the glass width detected.
Another supplementary tool for quality assurance is a camera system for detecting the amount of powder. This compares the detected powder with a stored comparison image and corrects the amount of powder on the powder dispenser as required.
In particular, the adhesion of powder to glass is a significant challenge for float lines. The powder is applied and subsequently loses its adhesion to the glass during transportation to the stacker, ultimately leading to its loss during stacking. A static charge or discharge can help the powder to adhere better to the glass.

Our high-tech camera system is the next level of quality assurance in glass production. It detects the amount of release agent applied by a powder device. If a deviation is detected, the powder device can make an automatic adjustment to keep the amount of powder constant.
Coupling Powder Tubes
Our tube coupling makes it very easy and convenient to disconnect the nozzle bar from the APx system and then reconnect it in next to no time.
Dust Extraction System
The dust extraction system can be added to any powder machine to keep the environment clean. Enclosures for the entire powder application area round off the package.
