The Grafotec PCS system is equipped with an advanced camera-based technology that precisely detects the amount of powder applied during production. Acting as an additional quality assurance tool, this system ensures consistent application by automatically adjusting the powder quantity if any deviations are identified on the APx powder device.
This continuous monitoring and correction enhance production efficiency and maintain high-quality standards throughout the process. The PCS system can be applied across widths ranging from 500 mm to 6000 mm, providing flexible integration into different production lines for accurate and reliable powder application control.
